Palestine Storytime Event
More than 60 children and their parents joined in the Palestine story-time event at our Cultural Center.
In a friendly and lively environment of interaction, they learned about Palestinian culture, along with their ties and responsibilities to Masjid Al Aqsa, through kid-friendly stories and a touching short film about a young girl learning about her Palestinian identity. They also decorated Palestinian cupcakes, did other crafts and activities, and ate zeit wa zaatar. Some even had a quick tutorial on how to do Tatreez!
