16th DCA Festival


DCA holds its 16th Festival and Community Bazaar on September 31st and October 1st, 2023 weekend.

This weekend the DCA hosted a wonderful lively festival full of events and activities, enjoyed by thousands of people from all backgrounds and all ages. Many thanks to all the attendees, visitors, and participants, as well as volunteers for their great help!
