‘Hajj’s Transformative Effect’ Seminar in the Holy Land of Islam


The Diyanet Center of America 2017 Hajj Group continues to pre-pilgrim education and preparation programs in the Holy Land of Islam; Hijaz.

Within this scope; A seminar was held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 between 11:00am and 12:30pm by Rector of Sinop University Nihat Dalgin on pilgrim candidates ‘Reminders of Hajj’s symbols to human beings’ and ‘Hajj’s transformative effect’.

Amerika Diyanet Merkezi 2017 Hac Kafilesi kutsal topraklarda, hac öncesi eğitim ve hazırlık programlarına devam ediyor.

Bu kapsamda; 23 Ağustos 2017 Çarşamba Günü saat 11:00am ile 12:30pm arasında, Sinop Üniversitesi Rektörü Nihat Dalgın tarafından hacı adaylarına ‘Haccın sembollerinin insanoğluna hatırlattıkları’ ve ‘Haccın dönüştürücü etkisi’ konulu seminer verildi.

Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) teachers visited Diyanet Center of America campus on Thursday, May the 23rd, 2024 with a group of 19 teachers as part of their 3 unit “Understanding Your Muslim Student” class.

Key School from Annapolis MD visited Diyanet Center of America facility on Thursday, May the 16th 2024 with a group of 60, 8th grade students and teachers as part of their Global studies on the World Religions.

Diyanet Center of America Zekat Distribution Project

The Diyanet Center of America, in partnership with Al-Mumtahinah Women Shelter in Baltimore, MD, B’desh Foundation Soup Kitchen in Sterling, VA, Adama Foundation in Lanham, MD ,and other local organizations, is pleased to announce the distribution of food boxes from the DCA grocery store to families in need.
