We are organizing an “Awarded Seerah Contest” to have our beloved Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (pbuh)’s beautiful life as a guide for our generation. We are inviting all of our children between the ages of 9 and 12 who want to understand His (pbuh) sacred struggle and beautiful life.
Who can join?
Boys and girls who were born on January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2008 (ages 9-12) *Update: Ages lower than 9 Years-Old can participate too.
What are the conditions?
The contestants will be preparing for the contest by reading the seerah book “Learning About My Prophet” between October 25, 2017 and November 25, 2017.
Applicants will be taking a multiple choice test on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11:00 am.
To prevent having a pile up in the ranks, wrong answers will take away the right answers and some questions will weigh more than others. The contest will be held in English. The test will be held in 16 states and 29 counties including Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Georgia, Delaware, Washington, Ohio, Massachusetts, Kentucky, North Carolina, California, Oregon, Virginia and Florida. Make sure to select the correct location during your application process.
The contestants can get the book that they are responsible to read from the addresses listed below free of charge on October 25, 2017.
What are the awards?
1st Place Winner: Tablet + 300 USD
2nd Place Winner: Camera + 200 USD
3rd Place Winner: Smartwatch + $100
When will the award ceremony be?
The award ceremony will be on Saturday, December 16th, 2017, 11:00am at DCA. The detailed information regarding the award ceremony will be provided at a later date.

How can i apply for The Contest?
Contestants can apply through our website www.diyanetamerica.org/contest between October 15, 2017 and October 25, 2017.
Application fee: 10 USD.
Where can i get the test location info?
The address of where to receive the book and the test locations are provided in the form. Contestants will be taking their tests in the same address where they received their books.

Yarışmaya kimler katılabilir?
Yarışmaya 1 Ocak 2005 ile 31 Aralik 2008 tarihleri arasında doğan (9-12 yaş grubu) erkek ve kızlar başvurabilir.*Güncelleme: Yarışmaya 9 yaşından küçüklerde katılabilir.
Yarışma şartları nelerdir?
-Yarışmacılar 25 Ekim 2017 ile 25 Kasım 2017 tarihleri arasında “Learning About My Prophet” isimli siyer kitabını okuyarak sınava hazırlanacaktır.
-Katılımcılar 2 Aralik 2017 Cumartesi günü saat 11:00 am’de çoktan seçmeli test usulü yarışma sınavına gireceklerdir.
-Derecelerde yığılma olmasını önlemek amacıyla sınavda yanlı cevaplar doğruları götürecek ve bazı sorularda ağırlıklı puan uygulaması olacaktır.
-Yarışma dili İngilizcedir.
-Yarışma sınavı Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Georgia, Delaware, Washington, Ohio, Massachusetts, Kentucky, North Carolina, California, Oregon, Virginia ve Florida olmak üzere 16 eyalette, 29 bölgede gerçekleştirilecektir. Lütfen başvuru esnasında sınava gireceğiniz yeri doğru seçtiğinizden emin olunuz.
-Yarışmacılar okumakla sorumlu oldukları kitabı aşağıda belirtilen adreslerden 25 Ekim 2017 günü ücretsiz olarak temin edebilir.

Alslam alykum, after we register our kids and get the book, is there a day in the week they can meet and discuss the book or any questions at the Diyanet center?

Selam aleykum. Cocuklarimi Siyer Yarismasina kayit yaptirmistim, Maili kontrol ederken, kayit tasdigini godum ve anladim ki , anketi doldururken ikinci cocugumun is mini yazmayipta, abisinin ismini iki defe kayit etmisim. Bunu islah etmek mumkun muydu?
