Charity Event for Turkiye/Syria Earthquake Victims

In Feb 2023, a series of powerful earthquakes hit southeast Turkiye affecting 11 provinces and the northwest region of Syria killing over 50 thousand, leaving 2.5 million people homeless, with an estimated 120 billion dollars of damage.

We are organizing this charity event to increase awareness and raise funds for the earthquake victims. A group of sisters has knitted a blanket to present as an appreciation for a donor among the donors based on drawing.

Diyanet Center of America is building a Container City in the region for homeless victims. All donations to the Diyanet Center will be used for this project. Here is the current status of the City Built with your donations.

Notes;
The blanket comprises 9 X 13 motifs and measures 125 x 180 cm.
The blanket can only be sent to an address in the USA.
The deadline for this charity is July 6th, 2023.
