Summer English Program Instructor

We are seeking enthusiastic English instructors for our Summer Program designed to empower high school students from Türkiye.

📘 Position Overview

Join the Diyanet Center of America as an English instructor for our Summer English & Cultural Exchange Program. Help high school students from Türkiye build confidence while introducing them to American culture and the American Muslim experience.

🎯 Student Level Requirement: You will be instructing students with a B1–B2 English Proficiency.

Guide and support high school students from Türkiye participating in our Summer English & Cultural Exchange Program as a dedicated mentor.

📘 Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated mentors (Mushrifs) to foster personal growth, leadership, and character development for high school students from Türkiye.

👥 Group Size: You will be responsible for guiding and supporting a dedicated small group of 6–7 students throughout the program.

🌟 Mentorship Duties

  • Guide and support your assigned group of students.
  • Assist with homework and English practice.
  • Serve as a positive role model and mentor.

Become a DCA Mosque Dawah Volunteer

📘 What Is a Dawah Volunteer?

A Dawah Volunteer serves as a welcoming guide and ambassador of Islam. You will lead mosque tours, answer questions, and create an environment where visitors feel respected, curious, and inspired.

1. Train

Begin your journey by watching a comprehensive online training series led by experienced senior dais. Learn the foundations of effective dawah at your own pace.

2. Field Training

Observe live mosque tours alongside seasoned volunteers. Get a firsthand feel for how tours are conducted and how visitors engage with the space.

3. Practice

Put your learning into action. Conduct dawah sessions under the supervision of senior volunteers and receive constructive feedback to grow your skills.

4. Serve

Once qualified, you will be ready to lead your own mosque tours and make a direct, lasting impact in your community.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome anyone passionate about Islam with strong communication skills. No prior experience is required — just a willing heart and a desire to serve.
