🌱 What You’ll Do
- Film & Edit: Come to the mosque to film high-quality content and edit it into engaging Reels and TikToks.
- Analyze: Look deeply at our post performance to see what our community RESONATES with most.
- Plan: Help create and manage a dynamic weekly schedule for our social media pages.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends to keep our content fresh.

- Local & Flexible: Able to work from home while visiting the DCA campus regularly for active filming.
- Highly Creative: Possesses a professional eye for taking photos, filming videos, and using editing apps (CapCut, Canva).
- Organized: Able to manage a content calendar and constantly meet deadlines.
- Respectful: Understands how to film mosque activities with care, etiquette, and excellence.

- Experience managing social media accounts with a proven track record of high engagement or viral reach.
- Solid, undeniable skills in modern video editing applications (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
- On-Camera & Interviewing Skills: Ability to prepare thoughtful questions and lead short, compelling interviews for video features.
- Reliable ability to travel to the DCA campus in Lanham, MD for scheduled on-site filming.
- Deep knowledge of social media analytics and proven strategies on how to track growth.
