Students and educators from Key School visited the Diyanet Center of America as part of their world religions learning program.
During the visit, the group explored the mosque’s history and architectural features while learning about Islamic traditions, worship, and sacred spaces. Students also had the opportunity to observe the atmosphere of prayer inside the mosque and visit the Turkish bath facilities.
The visit created a meaningful opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of Islam alongside their studies of other world religions and traditions.
