Food and beverage vendors are NOT permitted to use this system. Vendors selling food, snacks, desserts, or drinks must apply through a separate approval process.
Purchasing a booth here does not grant food sale permissions. Unauthorized sales will result in immediate removal without a refund.

📅 Booking Rules
- Booths are sold for the full 2-day event.
- Multiple booths must be booked one at a time.
- All booth sales are strictly final.
❌ Cancellations
- Deadline is May 10, 2026.
- No refunds/cancellations after this date under any circumstance.
🔄 Transfers
- Booths are non-transferable.
- No subleasing, assigning, or sharing without official written approval.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Vendors must bring their own setup/materials.
- Event operates rain or shine.
- Vendors assume liability for their inventory.
