The DCA at ICNA-MAS 2019
The Diyanet Center of America participated in ICNA MAS Annual Convention at Washington, District of Columbia on April 19-21, 2019.
The DCA is supporting all Muslim organizations locally in the DMV Area and nationwide via collaboration, support, and co-operation.
The DCA organized two sessions during #ICNA2019.
Dr. Yasar Colak and Dr. Amaarah DeCuir and participants discussed ‘sharing the information’, ‘responsibilities of the leaders, and alongside ‘how to be a leader in the community’ in Leadership Series ‘ The Responsibilities of Ulema‘ on Saturday, April 20, 2019.
Imam Tarif Shraim, Muslim Chaplain of University of Maryland and Muneer Zuhurdeen, Associate Muslim Chaplain of Muslim Student Association(MSA)-UMD gave a seminar on ‘Misconnections in Daily Life and How to Create Fulfilling Relationships’ with the participants on Saturday, April 20, 2019.
Dr. Fatih Kanca hosted Leaders of Muslim Organizations in Diyanet Center of America Booths after sessions.
We are happy to complete a successful convention with all dear guests, visitors to both booths and to the Complex via their cars and DCA Shuttles.
