Diyanet Center of America serves as safe island for the Turkish-Americans


The America Diyanet Center is welcoming groups from different parts of the United States on the Thanksgiving Vacation between dates 24-27 November. More than 120 families from Aziz Mahmud Hudayi Foundation and Kotku Group (UWA) meet in the spiritual atmosphere of the DCA. The goal of these programs is to unite the hearts of the Muslims and strengthen the ties among Turkish-Americans living in different states and establish long lasting friendships.

The three day youth camp are also offered for university and college students at KAGEM center between 24-28 November 2016. It is the first activity of KAGEM since its foundation. Students in the camp will meet different teachers each day so they can experience varying teaching styles as well as learn with different peers.

Islamic Research Center at DCA has also announced an academic panel titled “Approaches to Ottoman Empire in World History: Religion, Politics and World Order” on November 26, 2016.
All participants will have the opportunity to benefit from seminars, family and children activities, panels and Qur’an recitation and dhikr programs at the mosque as well as use Turkish bath, swimming pool and other sports facilities in the complex.
