DCA Hifz Program
Mission: To create a healthy environment for children to memorize the Qur’an, with its proper recitation and tajweed, so that they may build a relationship with the book of Allah, preserve it in their heart and develop a love for it that will enable them to follow it as they progress in life.
Details: The lead teacher in the program are the official imams of DCA, hafiz’s, and holds an ijazah in the Qur’an and is assisted by additional qualified Qur’an teachers.
The DCA Hifz Program is giving service to Boys & Girls. The Child needs to be able to read the Quran. If he is not fluent in reading, then he will be placed in level 1, where he will work on perfecting his reading before he may move to level 2 and begin memorizing. The estimated completion time for Hifdh is 1-4 years depending on the child’s capabilities.
We have also opened up a pre-Hifz program for children age 8-13, who do not know how to read the Qur’an and will be taught how to read.
The children benefit from the DCA’s splendid facilities, including the beautiful masjid, classroom spaces, the recreational facility for physical education, including swimming classes, fitness, and various sports.
The school runs all through the year with a 2-3 week break in summer and additional breaks through the year in accordance with the Islamic and Federal Holidays.
The Hifz Program will run from 9 am to 12 pm and will be Online in the 2021-2022 Calendar. The DCA Hifz Program is not providing Home Schooling. Students & Parents are responsible for their own education.
Fees and Application: The tuition fee is $250 per month, payable in 12 installments by the 1st day of every month, or $3,000 if paid in advance for the year. In addition, there is a onetime non-refundable application fee of $50 which is waived until September 21st, 2021, this year.
